Wine & Cheese Tasting
Sit in a chicly rustic outdoor setting as you are wined by the owner of Mystic River Resort. Nadege, the resort owner and cheese artisan, intricately molds a flavorful combustion of goat milk and ardent herbs to create a tasteful and delicious piece of heaven that you’ll sample during the tasting.
Her love for cheese making has exposed her to perfecting goat cheese, yogurt, ricotta, cheddar, mozzarella and other specialty cheeses that are used exclusively for the onsite La Ranita Restaurant.
During the Cheese Tasting you will sample three of her favorites, including her signature Coconut Cheese. The Tasting includes a glass of wine, carefully selected by Nadege to pair excellently with each type of cheese. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available, as well as water and homemade local toast bread to cleanse your palate between tastings.
